TURNING THE HEEL
The heel is turned with the help of short rows; therefore, each heel is worked separately, beg with sock 1. Cont to work in rows and with the same needle as for heel flap.

Row 1 (RS): Sl 1 wyif, K12 (12, 14), K2tog, K1, turn.
Row 2 (WS): Sl 1 wyif, P5 (3, 5), ssp, P1, turn.
Row 3: Sl 1 kw wyib, K6 (4, 6), K2tog, K1, turn.
Row 4: Sl 1 wyif, P7 (5, 7), ssp, P1, turn.
Row 5: Sl 1 kw wyib, K8 (6, 8), K2tog, K1, turn.
